Our Nursery Fees
The fees shown below are correct as of 1st April 2025. All fees are payable in advance, upon receipt of invoice. The nursery only offers full day care and we recommend a minimum of two days per week attendance.

* Over 3s ONLY will be charged for meals/snacks at £7.50 per day but only on the days free hours are being attended.
Registration fee
There is a one-off, non-refundable registration fee of £100.00 (please contact the nursery for more details) to place your child on the waiting list which is payable on submission of the application form for your child.

Subsidised places
We offer subsidised places across all age groups subject to availability, terms and conditions. Please enquire for more information.
Sibling discount
Siblings benefit from a 15% discount on the fees of the eldest child where two or more children of the same household attend the nursery at the same time.
Swap Days
Each child is entitled to three swap days per year (1st April – 31st March) that can be used In lieu of missed attendance at nursery due to sickness or holiday. We cannot offer swap days for bank holidays or inset days due to the availability we have in the nursery. To book your swap day, please ensure that you know which missed day you want to use it in place of and that you book at least one day before with the reception team.
Payment terms
Fees are paid monthly in advance by direct transfer. Statements and balancing invoices for extra days and services will be issued at the end of the month.
Childcare vouchers
We accept most forms of Childcare vouchers, if we are not currently registered with your provider we will do so. Please enquire for further information on this.
Deposit
A deposit is payable as per the table below and will be returned to you in line with the nursery’s terms and conditions. It is to be paid within seven days of acceptance of the space at the nursery along with the settling in fee of £250. This must be paid by a bank transfer to the nursery’s bank account.

As a not-for-profit Charity, The Arc Nursery remains committed to providing the best quality childcare at an affordable price to local parents to enable the subsidisation of a few places to families who otherwise couldn’t afford it or have particular needs.
In line with our terms and conditions The Trustees’ will continue to review our fees annually taking into account the nursery’s financial needs as well as affordability; ensuring we remain the best value childcare option in the area.
